We primarily service Burke, Catawba, Caldwell & McDowell Counties.  

We are hiring licensed (or soon to be licensed) Brokers who are committed to a full-time real estate sales career.

Our training begins with teaching you all the basics from working with clients to negotiating offers and more.

We go in depth, detailing the exact contract documents and paperwork you need to know for every step of each sale. 

You will accompany us on showings, listings appointments, inspections and closings so you understand the process, learn by practical example and get to know all the players involved in the sale of a home.  

We train new agents  in how to Best to work with:

• Buyers
• Sellers
• Lenders
• Attorneys
• Inspectors and more.  
• Everything you need to know, in a detailed process, to succeed while working with your clients.

We focus weekly training on how to:

• Find clients looking to buy a home
• Find clients looking to sell a home.
• Help you to discover what methods and prospecting models best suit your personality and goals.

We provide examples of systems we use that help our agents manage their: 

• Time and Focus
• Client contacts
• Showings
• Inspections
• Closings

And more so that nothing gets missed.

We believe that success is repeated by following proven systems that keep our agents on track.

We understand that this may be all new to you and that in order to succeed you will need guidance, ideas, encouragement and support.

Western Piedmont Real Estate provides a HIGH commission split to each agent.  

We provide office space at NO CHARGE!

We have no office fees, no franchise fees ... NO FEES PERIOD!

We even CAP the amount the firm receives annually from each commission SO THAT YOU KEEP MORE MONEY!
